Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SLT Skills, we are committed to delivering quality training and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and class attendance.


1. General Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair for both parties.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full refunds will be credited if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase and before the start of the live session.

  • No refunds will be provided:

    • After 7 days of purchase.

    • Once a live session has commenced or course access has been granted.

    • For downloadable/digital content or recorded sessions.


2. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons, including time zone errors.

  • Technical issues from the participant’s side (e.g., poor internet connectivity, device malfunction).

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after accessing substantial course material.

  • If the participant has violated our Code of Conduct.

However, in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment, proven non-delivery of service), a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.


3. Cancellation of Enrollment

  • Before the course starts: Full refund (Cancellation can be done within 3 hours after purchasing the service.

  • After course start: No refunds will be issued, but rescheduling to a future batch may be allowed upon request and availability.


4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional environment:

  • Participants must behave respectfully with instructors and fellow learners.

  • Use of abusive language, spamming, or disruption during sessions may lead to removal without refund.

  • Any breach of ethics or misuse of SLT Skills content will result in permanent suspension without refund.


5. Class Rescheduling and Support

  • Missed sessions? You may access recorded sessions (if available) or reschedule to the next batch, subject to availability and approval.

  • For any course interruptions from our side, we will provide a suitable alternate batch or full refund.


6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or rescheduling request, please email us at shubhamgupta@sltksills.com with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email ID

  • Course Name

  • Reason for refund

Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 working days and credited eligible refunds within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
